The Romeo 500

For the second straight year, I was able to log 500 miles on my Nike Plus Ipod Kit.  Injury, work, cold and lack of sunlight at times on the East Coast, I was still able to do it.  I feel truly blessed that I am able to do this. For those reading the blog that don’t know me– you may be picturing a tiny road warrior that could run like the wind.  Hardly!  You would probably never know I ran to look at me.  Average build, average weight, etc.  I hope others that want to run find that inspirational.  It’s great exercise for the body and great exorcise for the mind.  With the sun beating down on my face and the wind in my hair– my runs are a nice break from what ails me.

*2012 was not “cleaned up” yet, and as such some “misfires” still exist in there.  That means a run of .02 that will kill your average may still be in there- at the end of the year I delete all those.  Also, in June the Ipod kit did not work and I logged many miles that the Ipod Kit only saw a fraction of.  The Nike Plus is addicting, but also frustrating as it fails at times.  Less in 2011 than 2012.
